US Shipping

Sundays is proud to offer free standard shipping on orders over $250. For orders $249 or less, orders ship for the provided UPS rates. 

Orders ship within 1-3 business days from the order date and transit time varies from 1-5 business days. Friday-Sunday: Orders placed after 10am EST will be shipped the following business day.

 

International Shipping

We Are Sundays offers shipping options to select countries worldwide.

All orders to these countries ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis and we take care of customs procedures by collecting all duties & taxes of the destination country at checkout. It means all prices are inclusive of applicable customs duties and taxes, and the price of the garment as it appears at checkout is a final price to be paid by the customer. We Are Sundays does not offer complimentary shipping for international orders at this time.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US Holidays) and all items will be shipped via DHL/UPS at that time. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse.

Please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered, which can vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

 

US Returns


We Are Sundays offers returns on full price merchandise within 21 days of the ship date. Items must be new and unworn with tags still attached. All return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal and shipped using the label provided to you. 

Exceptions include SALE items, which are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Please note that while there is no restocking fee, Sundays does not cover the expense of return shipments. We offer free return shipping for exchanges only. All returns are subject to a flat $10 shipping fee. 

All items are eligible for a price adjustment only if purchased within 7 days from the beginning of a sale or promotion. Full price merchandise purchased with a discount code or as part of a limited-time promotion are not considered Final Sale (unless otherwise indicated) and can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our policy.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the return package delivery date. Once a refund has been issued, please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method. 



International Returns

For all orders outside of the US: to initiate an international return, please email info@wearesundays.com  to request a return authorization. We do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time.

Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. 

Refunds will be processed through to your original payment method within 5-7 business days from the return delivery date. Refunds are available for all items unless promoted as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Warehouse Sale’. 

Please note that We Are Sundays does not refund shipping costs or import taxes. Contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the reimbursement of the duty fees for your order.

Lost & Neglected Packages/Wrong Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that suffer damage during transit, are neglected, or become lost after delivery. This includes shipments that were undeliverable due to the recipient's absence and were subsequently not collected from the UPS Access Point, leading to their eventual disposal by UPS. It remains the customer's responsibility to track their package and stay informed of its status.
